Verified customer concern. Found code P0300 – Multiple Cylinder Misfire. Checked cylinders, found 1,3 & 5 misfiring. Checked catalytic converters, found driver's side clear but passenger side clogged. Replaced catalytic converter and O2 sensor with new along with new gaskets. Cleared codes, test drove vehicle.

When first hooked up the A/C machine, found that the vehicle's a/c system had only .48 lbs of refrigerant in it. Recharged the vehicle's A/C and added UV dye to aid in finding leaks. No obvious leaks were apparent at this time.
