- Remove transmission skid plate and crossmember , remove transmission pan replace transmission filter and gasket. drill tap and heli-coil bolt hole from rusted bolt that could not be removed and broke during removal of pan. re install pan and fill transmission to factory specified level. road test for proper operation.
