- Found the vehicle to have split and frayed wire in multiple places causing the front windshield wipers to not work, cutting off the power to the OBD II Datalink Connector, as well as the downstream oxygen sensor. Repaired the damaged wiring. Also, the vehicle had been hard to start, the battery needed to be jumped at one point. The battery tested as bad, replaced it.
