Inspect and notice exhaust seems louder than normal possibly due to wear inside muffler. Found heat shield from body resting on exhaust and rattling , re-attach to body.

Remove and replace oil filter adapter , intake manifold gaskets , throttle body mounting gasket , oil pressure sensor and fluid temp sensor , change oil and filter. and check for leaks.

Customer states no heat from passenger side , only far left vent blows warm.
Remove right blend door actuator and replace broken actuator gear. re install actuator and test heater operation. Vehicle now has heat from all areas of dash.
Remove and replace cabin air filter
Diagnose Cause of Light. Check for codes and find history codes in system clear all codes and road test , codes did not return. All systems working as designed at this time.

Road test vehicle to confirm customer concern , could not duplicate at this time. Check brakes and backing plates , exhaust and heat shields for loose parts. nothing found at this time.
MA State Inspection
Remove transmission skid plate and crossmember , remove transmission pan replace transmission filter and gasket. drill tap and heli-coil bolt hole from rusted bolt that could not be removed and broke during removal of pan. re install pan and fill transmission to factory specified level. road test for proper operation.

Remove wheels to inspect brake operation and wear – measure pad thickness in mm; check operation & condition of caliper and slides; ensure caliper pistons retract & extend smoothly; inspect brake hoses & lines for signs of wear and/or failure front and rear brake pads at 7mm remaining.
Remove upper intake manifold , Replace spark plugs , pcv valve , throttle body gasket and upper intake manifold gaskets , after repair engine light illuminated , perform crankshaft relearn procedure and engine light turned off.
MA State Inspection
Drain fluid from rear differential and refill to factory specifications.

Inspect brakes and parking brake – replaced almost all the rear brake parts and cable, still has no parking brake
Replaced the vehicle's parking brake hardware, and adjusted the parking brakes a few times to try to get them to hold. The parking brake shoes will have to wear into the rotor surface to hold effectively.
