The Front Brake Pads are at about 8mm, the Rotors, Calipers, and Hoses are OK; the Rear Pads are at about 6mm, the Rotors are rusted and had been rubbing against the backing plates that are very rusted and crumbling, the Calipers, and Hoses are OK.
Replaced the Vehicle's Rear Brake Pads and Rear Brake Rotors, and removed the rotted backing plates

Turns out the driver side front fender liner was OK. The thumping noise was coming from the front wheel hub and brakes. Cleaned up and put stop squeak on the brake pads, and torqued the wheel hub nut to the proper spec.
