- Verified customer concern. Replaced front right lower control arm/ball joint assembly.
- Reattached heat shield.
- Change engine oil & filter, check tire pressures, inspect and top off fluids, inspect engine air filter & cabin air filter, lubricate chassis (if applicable)
- Found crossmember rotted through. Replaced with new along with corresponding bolts.
- Replaced front right lower control arm and ball joint assembly with new.
- Replaced lower oil pan and gasket with new.
- Verified customer concern. Found rear fuel vent tube cracked/falling apart. Replaced tube with new, cleared codes. All ok.
- Replaced fuel vent tube with new.
