Services Performed
- Diagnose cause of lights – connect scan tool to obtain codes, perform necessary testing for diagnosis. Scanned the Vehicle for DTC's, the Following Code was Found: C0045 – Driver Side Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Erratic. Will need to replace the Vehicle's Driver Side Rear Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly.
- Replaced the Vehicle's Driver Side Rear Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly
- Remove wheels to inspect brake operation and wear – measure pad thickness in mm; check operation & condition of caliper and slides; ensure caliper pistons retract & extend smoothly; inspect brake hoses & lines for signs of wear and/or failure. The Vehicle's Front Brake are at about 5mm, the Calipers and Hoses are OK; the Rear Brakes are metal on metal, the Calipers and Hoses are OK.
- Replaced the Vehicle's Rear Brake Pads and Rear Brake Rotors
- Found the Driver Side Front Lower Control Arm to have worn out bushings and ball joint, also found the outer tie rod loose. There is some noise coming from the front end due to the loose ball joint, also found some noise coming from the rubber bellows for the steering shaft squeaking occasionally while the steering wheel is turned. Lubed it, it is no longer squeaking at this time.
