The Engine Valve Cover is heavily leaking; the Oil Pan Gasket is leaking; the Passenger Side Rear Brake Caliper is frozen; needs Front Brake Pads and Rotors; needs Rear Brake Pads and Rear Brake Rotors; both Front C/V Axle have torn open boots; there is no signal from the Passenger Side Front TPMS Sensor, it will need to be replaced; the serpentine belt, idler pulley, and belt tensioner need replacement

The Vehicle's Front Brake Pads are at about 70%, the Rear Brake Pads are at about 60%, the Front and Rear Brake Rotors are rusted, both the Serpentine Belts have dry-rot, with unknown vehicle history, it is not known when the Vehicle's fluids (engine oil, transmission fluid, etc…) have been changed, or when they are due to change; all other maintenance items are OK at this time.
