Diagnose Cause of Light P0128 – Thermostat rationality – Checked temperature on PCM and found coolant temp only coming to 180 degrees, should be between 195-210 – needs thermostat P258B – Electric vacuum pump performance Tested vacuum pump and found wires going into pump shorted; can get pump to work when moving wires – needs vacuum pump

Scanned the Vehicle for DTCs, the Following Codes were Found: P0460 – Fuel Level Sensor 1 Circuit Short to Battery or Open, P0463 – Fuel Level Sensor 1 Circuit High, B224F – Door Module Internal-Missing Calibration, U0011 – CAN Interior Bub Off Performance, U0126 – Lost Communication with Steering Angle Sensor, U0140 – Lost Communication with Body Control Module, U0184 – Lost Communication with Radio, U0415 – Invalid Data Received from ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System) Control Module "A", U0147 – Lost Communication with Telematics Gateway, and U1403 – Implausible Fuel Level Signal Recieved. Tested the Fuel Tank Sending Unit, has .5V at the connector, and the ground tested good. Added a dial resistor and the voltage changed as resistance increased. Needs a new Sending Unit/Fuel Pump Module.
